Sterling Hills Townhome Association (located west of South 37th Street on the north side of Yankee Hill Road, Lincoln, Nebraska) was founded in 2005 and obtained 100 percent member control in 2011. The Association; a Non-Profit Corporation in the state of Nebraska, was formed for the purpose of enforcing Restrictive Covenants established upon the properties, providing services to its members and maintaining the common area owned by the Corporation.

Membership of the Corporation consist of 118 townhome owners. Annual meetings are held on the 2nd Tuesday of November each year, if not a legal holiday, and if a legal holiday, held the next day. Three directors are elected (one each year) to each hold office for a three year term and serve to manage Corporation business.   A managing agent exercises authority granted by the Corporation and maintains the corporate office.

Association dues are presently $80.00 a month and are due the first day of the month. The Association no longer invoices monthly for dues, however will send statements and past due notices to members who are late with payments as a reminder. Please refer to the Covenants for more information on late payments and past due accounts.
