At a 6/15/23 Virtual Budget Meeting, the Sterling Hills Townhome Association voted to increase dues to $80 per month, effective 9/1/23. This is an increase of $5 per month per townhome. Please update your bank autopayment information or submit an additional payment to the property manager if you prepaid your dues for the year.
