RE: DUES INCREASE NOTICE
Dear Association Member,
Thank you for the opportunity to serve you. As Board of Directors for Sterling Hills Townhome
Association, we are sincerely grateful to have you as a member.
Dues adjustments are never welcomed news and we do not take such actions lightly. Adjustments are
implemented only after careful consideration. Dues can be impacted by a combination of influences, such
as increase cost of services and future needed repairs. As conditions change, members need to adjust
accordingly.
EFFECTIVE January 1, 2026, your monthly dues will be $85.00 a month.
Members who pay their dues with BILLPAY through a bank will need to adjust the amount taken out
for January 1, 2026 payment before the January 1st payment is made. Members who have an ACH
through Albers Co will have their withdrawal changed by Albers Co.
As a reminder: Fees are delinquent on the 30th of each month and are susceptible to a late fee.
