On April 11, 2018, the Lincoln City-Lancaster County Planning Commission voted 7-0 to recommend conditional approval of the above-referenced special permit request, which was included as part of the Consent Agenda.
Please be advised that both applications will be scheduled to appear on the City Council agenda for introduction on April 23, 2018, with public hearing scheduled for Monday, April 30, at 5:30 p.m., in Hearing Room 112 on the First Floor of the County-City Building, 555 South 10th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska.
