In regards to damage to townhomes at Sterling Hills, caused by recent storms and hail, the physical structure of the townhome is owned by the individual and not the Townhome Association.
Sterling Hills Townhome Association is not a condominium association in which the association owns the exterior and the individual owns the interior, the individual town home owner is responsible for exterior damage caused by hail or any weather event.
All townhome owner insurance policies include coverage “A” which insures the dwelling/structure of the unit. Please contact your insurance company for assistance with hail damage to your property.
